More homes for more South Australians

Whether you want a suburban family home with a big backyard, or an apartment close to the city, the Malinauskas Government is taking action to make housing more affordable for all South Australians.

Rent-to-buy has been introduced, assisting long-term renters and key workers to break into the property market. We have also seen the biggest ever land release in SA, with over 26,000 new housing allotments and master planning in major growth areas such as Sellicks Beach and Onkaparinga Heights.

The Malinuaskas State Government are also delivering the first substantial increase to public housing in a generation building 564 additional public homes and stopping the sale of 580 others.
