Kauwi-marnirla Field River Conservation Park Draft Management Plan

Kauwi-marnirla — Field River Conservation Park was proclaimed in November 2024 by the State Government and is located in the Field River catchment between Sheidow Park and Reynella, adjacent to Glenthorne National Park – Ityamaiitpinna Yarta.

 The park provides increased protections for native species and habitats, and an open, natural space for our community to enjoy.

A draft management plan for Kauwi-marnirla — Field River Conservation Park is being created to guide the establishment of the park, consisting of objectives, strategies and goals that set the future vision for the park.

I encourage you to have your say and provide input on the draft management plan once it is released in December.
